Our Background

The WHY

Our family is incredibly resilient and has faced more than our share of wellness challenges. Through countless visits to hospitals, doctors, physical therapists, counselors, and meditation retreats, we discovered a powerful truth: the single most influential driver of our health, wellbeing, and life performance is the everyday decisions we make — the choices to think and act with careful consideration.

By embracing learning and experimentation, we managed to overcome significant obstacles and, in the process, realized that health is paramount — both physical and mental. We also came to understand the deep-rooted connections between physical vitality, mental clarity, and life performance, an insight that now guides this venture.

Our founder Ahna Vaidya, became consumed by the need to understand and discover the solution to problems that plagued her, her family, and people in at large. She discovered that while science provides us a lot of insights, tools, and techniques, the implementation is largely an art of coaching – self and others.

Meet the Team

This is a father daughter duo and we intend to grow into a multicity enterprise with the intent to educate, influence, and tranform people and their lives.

FOUNDER

Ahna Vaidya

Ahna is a fitness enthusiast, NASM certified personal trainer, certified nutritionist, certified stretch specialist, who is equally versed with Pranayama, Asana, and Dhyana (Meditation) among other modalities. She includes lessons from Tai Chi, Ayurveda, and Chi Gong in her practice and profession.

Nick Vaidya

Nick is a CEO Advisor, Strategy Consultant, and Culture Coach with decades of leadership experience, including CEO/CXO roles at SMBs and a Unicorn, and is a Wiley best-selling author on culture. A lifelong meditator and pranayama practitioner, he is also a certified skydiver and deep diver.
