WILL I WORK OUT IN THE FIT PEOPLE VAN?
No, we bring all the necessary equipment to your preferred location. Your workout can be anywhere that suits you best.
DO I NEED MY OWN EQUIPMENT?
No, our trainers come fully equipped with everything needed for your workouts, such as mats, dumbbells, resistance bands, and much more. However, if you have your own equipment, we can incorporate it into your customized program.

WHY SHOULD I USE FIT PEOPLE OVER GOING TO THE GYM?
FIT PEOPLE provides a convenient, customized, and creative fitness experience that comes directly to you. We develop a program based on your specific goals, regularly assess your progress, and adjust your workout plan to keep you moving toward success.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE FIRST VISIT?
No, the first visit is free. It includes:

HOW LONG ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS?
Each session is one hour, which is enough time to get a comprehensive workout. Trainers arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up equipment so that every minute is dedicated to your fitness.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORK OUT WITH MY FIT PEOPLE TRAINER?
We recommend four days of activity per week. Our clients typically train with us two to five days a week and are encouraged to exercise on their own as well. Your specific goals will help determine the best frequency.
WILL I HAVE THE SAME TRAINER EACH SESSION?
Yes, you can request to work with the same trainer if preferred. All of our trainers are certified, and consistency is important for your progress.

WHAT EXERCISES SHOULD I PERFORM ON DAYS I’M NOT TRAINING?
For non-training days, we recommend cardio activities like using a treadmill, elliptical, or going for a walk. Aim for 30-45 minutes of activity.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS?
With consistent effort, most clients see results in 8-15 weeks, depending on how often they train. We reassess regularly to ensure you're on track.
WHO ARE YOUR CLIENTS?
We work with a diverse range of clients including pre-teens, teens, adults, seniors, athletes, prenatal and postnatal women, corporate clients, groups, and those in rehab.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP SESSIONS?
Yes, we offer group sessions, which are a lot of fun! Whether it’s two people or sixty, we ensure everyone gets a great workout.
WHAT IF I’VE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE?
No problem! We welcome all levels and ages. Our trainers will help you get started with workouts suited to your level.
SHOULD I CONSULT WITH A PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING?
